How we pay our Employees

Employees of Ace Investors Pty Ltd and its sub-contractors who prepare research and provide other advice are paid by salary. Our employees may also be entitled to a bonus based on the financial performance of Ace Investors Pty Ltd. Ace Investors Pty Ltd accepts submissions from freelance contributors who are paid a flat fee per article. In addition, we pay our sub-contractors for providing sales services and managing day-to-day operations on behalf of us. And, pay our third party vendors for helping us manage and maintaining our web portal.

The type of advice we provide

Ace Investors only shares generic financial views through its website, reports and newsletters. This information or advice does not take into account your particular objectives, financial situation or needs and because of that you should, before acting on the advice, consider the appropriateness of the advice having regard to your objectives, financial situation and needs. In accordance with Regulatory Guide RG126 and Section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001, Ace Investors has Professional Indemnity Insurance in place, which covers the work done for it by its employees. The insurance (subject to its terms and conditions) will continue to cover claims with respect to our respective employees who no longer work for us (but who did at the time of the relevant conduct).

What to do if you have a complaint?

We have a formal client complaint resolution procedure which provides for the independent review and investigation of any complaint which you may about Ace Investors or its advisors. We endeavour to resolve complaint quickly and fairly.
